Our terms are Net 30 or Net CBD (cash before delivery), depending on approval of credit. Net 30 days means 30 days after date of shipment.
Prepayment is required for all new accounts. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, wire transfer or a company check. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the company check to clear before shipment is made.
TOV Furniture does not have any order minimus.
For orders that exceed $550, by default, TOV Furniture will handle all logistics for deliveries, unless Dealer requests to handle logistics independently. TOV Furniture will not negotiate any freight nor be responsible for any costs or damages associated with freight if a Dealer arranges it’s own logistics. For orders that do not exceed $550, TOV Furniture will not handle the logistics, rather it will be the Dealer's responsibility to provide us with a BOL or FedEx label.
Once the merchandise is picked up from our facility it is no longer the responsibility of TOV Furniture. The merchandise loaded on the truck is guaranteed to be in good condition. Any damages that occurred during shipment should be filed with the carrier.
At the time of delivery all shortages and or damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading. If it is not noted, you are subject to charges for any repairs and/or replacements. If you wish that we use a specific freight company, it must be noted on the purchase order. If it is not, TOV Furniture will choose a carrier at their discretion.
TOV Furniture is able to dropship customer orders throughout the continental United States.
TOV Furniture takes pride in the construction of our products, attention to production detail, sourcing quality materials, and above industry standard packaging, all to assure our customers satisfaction. Sometimes though, replacement parts are needed. Whether you’re looking for a new chair leg, or missing some hardware, we will be there to help and will send the required parts at no cost.
TOV Furniture has swatches available for most of our products, and can send swatches at no cost to any address in the United States.
Claims, Returns and Exchanges:
TOV Furniture makes sure to take all possible measures to ensure your orders ship and arrive in good condition. We invest in "above industry" standard packaging materials, all our products are packed in 275 PSI cartons (yes, even our sofas), and work only with approved carriers to handle our furniture. We ask customers to inspect all the merchandise at the time of arrival, and note all damages, or possible concealed damages, before signing the delivery receipt. If the merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us and provide pictures and details of the damages in written form. If damaged merchandise is not reported, we might not be able to assist you with later claims. In case of damages in end-user's location, it is end-user's responsibility to keep the package, provide all necessary claim materials and prepare the merchandise to be picked up. All defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material. We will replace only defective merchandise. If a customer has buyer's remorse and wishes to return an item, there will be a 25% restocking fee for returned items plus the cost of shipping. Merchandise that has been assembled will not be accepted for a refund. No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from TOV Furniture.
Cancellations must be made before an order ships. Once an order ships the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost to re-route the order back to our warehouse.
Please note that there may be variations in shade due to natural origin of the materials. Digital or printed image colors can also be slightly different from the originals. Special orders can only be canceled within the first two business days from when the order was submitted. TOV Furniture reserves right of refusal for refunds or exchanges after such time. All delivery dates are approximate and can change due to production time frame, overseas loading plans, shipping schedule or any other causes beyond our control. Deposit of 50% must be paid before the order will be processed. All merchandises remain the property of the TOV Furniture until paid in full.
With proper care and attention, you will be able to enjoy your new TOV Furniture purchase for years to come. TOV warrants its furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer. The TOV Warranty only applies to furniture used for normal residential purposes and in no event, be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage.
Right to Repair:If damage or defect to an item is deemed repairable, it is responsibility of the vendor to make every reasonable effort to repair the item before a replacement or credit is issued. TOV will pay for repairs that are covered under our warranty up to thirty percent of the original cost of the item. Only in the event that an item is not deemed repairable will credit or a replacement be issued.
Parts: TOV Furniture stocks a large variety of product parts. If a damage or defect is limited to a small area, TOV Furniture, at it’s discretion, reserves the right to send the customer a replacement part, as long as it will satisfy the issue.
Replacements: If a replacement is deemed necessary TOV Furniture will provide the replacement at no cost to the dealer. TOV Furniture will not be responsible for any freight related costs, however TOV Furniture can proceed with making all shipping arrangements as noted in our Freight policy.
