We offer free basic shipping on all orders over $299. We use a variety of special furniture carriers. For smaller items we will either ship with Fedex ground or arrange a Doorstep delivery with a special furniture carrier. We will provide tracking numbers as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse. Smaller items will not be scheduled for delivery. For larger items and bulk orders, we use special furniture LTL carriers who will schedule a delivery window with you prior to delivery to ensure your big delivery is handled with extra care and for you to have the ability to schedule a delivery.

In-room shipping includes a two-person delivery team that will deliver your order to the room of your choice for all qualifying products. This is an excellent option if you need some help moving big pieces of furniture or living in an apartment. Your order will be delivered with a specialized furniture carrier and includes appointment scheduling options before delivery.

Please note that while our delivery team will always do their best to help, they do not dispose of packaging, just in case you decide to return or exchange your product. By selecting an upgraded delivery service, TOV may choose to only arrange one delivery once all the items on your order become available. Our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect your order and schedule your delivery with you. Our delivery teams typically operate from Monday to Friday, 9 AM-6 PM.
Smaller items are often sent via UPS or FedEx. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information, so you know when to expect your order.
Some remote areas are beyond our Standard Service Area, and our carriers do not service those locations. TOV will provide the shipping cost for your approval before processing the order in these instances.
At TOV Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. To initiate a cancellation request, please log into your dashboard and follow the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is submitted, someone from our customer service team will get back to you with confirmation. Please note, just because you do not receive a shipped email notification, it does not mean your order has not shipped. Until confirmed that your order has not shipped and the cancellation has been processed, your order is still valid. If your order has already shipped, you are not eligible for a free cancellation. If an order is currently in transit but has not been delivered yet, and the customer requests a cancellation, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the return fees.
If you decide that your purchase is not quite right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returns will be subject to a Return Shipping Fee, which will vary depending on the location of the return and the item. We do not charge any restocking fees.

If you refuse delivery due to a change of heart or because the items do not fit, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We strongly recommend using the dimensions provided on our website and ordering swatches, if available, to ensure the best experience before purchasing.

Upon receiving your return at our processing facility, our team will inspect the item(s) within 72 hours. If the product is confirmed to be in perfect condition, a refund will be issued accordingly. However, if any damages or defects are detected, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the return.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive the refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on various factors.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will be notified via email regarding the details of the refund.
TOV assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of your credit card. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used for the order. Kindly reach out to your bank for assistance in such cases.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery to TOV Furniture. For a swift resolution, kindly find and complete the claim form here. Non-compliance with this time frame may affect claim eligibility and potentially lead to denials or disputes.
