If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. To initiate a cancellation request, please log into your dashboard and follow the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is submitted, someone from our customer service team will get back to you with confirmation. Please note, just because you do not receive a shipped email notification, it does not mean your order has not shipped. Until confirmed that your order has not shipped and the cancellation has been processed, your order is still valid. If your order has already shipped, you are not eligible for a free cancellation.
If an order is currently in transit but has not been delivered yet, and the customer requests a cancellation, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the return fees.
If you decide that your purchase is not quite right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All returns will be subject to a Return Shipping Fee, which will vary depending on the location of the return and the item. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Upon receiving your return at our processing facility, our team will inspect the item(s) within 72 hours. If the product is confirmed to be in perfect condition, a refund will be issued accordingly. However, if any damages or defects are detected, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the return.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive the refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on various factors.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will be notified via email regarding the details of the refund.
TOV assumes no responsibility for any loss or theft of your credit card. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used for the order. Kindly reach out to your bank for assistance in such cases.
